VERATA: a discreet advisory website with a by-introduction contact flow in 5 languages

VERATA s.r.o.

2026-05-26

VERATA is a discreet advisory practice serving private investors, corporates, and institutions across the EU, the Gulf, and the CEE region. The brief was not "capture as many leads as possible" but the opposite: feel trustworthy, institutional, and invitation-only, while pre-filtering inbound enquiries. The centerpiece is a by-introduction contact form whose "Introduced by" field turns the firm’s exclusivity into a self-qualifying mechanism. We delivered the site in five languages in 7 days for €250.

How we structured the brief

The project had a low budget, a short timeline, and an unusual goal — not maximum lead volume, but trust and qualification. We split it into blocks that most strengthened the sense of exclusivity and seriousness.

Problem #1

The site could not feel like a mass sales page

The brand is built on discretion and institutional trust, which ordinary lead-gen patterns undermine.

Our solution

We chose a quiet, text-forward layout with numbered sections and minimal ornamentation.

Technologies and implementation

UX architecture + Next.js components

Problem #2

Inbound enquiries had to be filtered, not just collected

The practice works by referral and needed a contact flow that turns exclusivity into qualification.

Our solution

We designed a by-introduction form with an Introduced by field and a "Request introduction →" CTA.

Technologies and implementation

React form + TypeScript state

2
Problem #3

The content had to work in five languages

Clients from DACH, the Gulf, and CEE read in different languages, and a separate site per market was out of the question.

Our solution

We built a single i18n layer for EN/SK/DE/RU/ZH across the entire site.

Technologies and implementation

i18n (5 languages) + structured content

3
Problem #4

A discreet brand still needed verifiable legitimacy

Institutional clients expect registration data, team credentials, and real offices before making contact.

Our solution

We added a trust layer: founded 2014, "Eight people. One team.", IČO/DIČ, Selected Partners, and six offices.

Technologies and implementation

Content blocks + component architecture
