Virtual office Trnava: a prestigious business address ordered online in minutes

Virtual office Trnava

2026-06-12

Renting a registered business address is normally a paperwork errand: a phone call, an agreement, waiting for a contract. The client wanted to turn it into a self-service online product. We built a website where a founder or sole trader picks one of four price tiers, pays directly online by card or via a Pay by Square QR code, and has everything sorted in minutes. We backed the Pekárska 14 address in central Trnava with a clear legality explainer and the provider’s real company data, so visitors never have to wonder whether a virtual address is legal. The project was delivered in 16 days for €950.

How we structured the brief

The main challenge was not design but trust and self-service: convince the visitor that a virtual address is legal, and let them order and pay without a single phone call. So we split the brief into trust, pricing, and payment blocks.

Problem #1

Founders doubt whether a virtual address is legal

Without a clear legal explanation, visitors would leave before even considering the price.

Our solution

We added a legality section referencing Commercial Code No. 513/1991 and the 24-hour owner consent.

Technologies and implementation

Content architecture + Next.js components

Problem #2

Four packages had to be comparable, not confusing

Adresa, Živnosť, SRO Komfort and SRO Pohoda differ in scope and price.

Our solution

We designed comparison price cards with monthly and yearly prices and a highlighted most-popular tier.

Technologies and implementation

Component-based price cards + Tailwind CSS

2
Problem #3

Ordering had to happen online, not over the phone

The whole value proposition rests on speed — “in minutes” had to be backed by a real payment.

Our solution

We built an ordering flow with card payment and Pay by Square QR, plus an invoice-by-mail alternative.

Technologies and implementation

Card payment + Pay by Square + React state

3
Problem #4

The site had to serve Slovak and foreign founders alike

Part of the audience are foreigners forming a Slovak company who need content in English.

Our solution

We delivered a bilingual SK/EN website with a language switcher in the navigation.

Technologies and implementation

Next.js i18n routing + content blocks
