A website that builds trust before the introduction

For VERATA, we created a corporate website from the ground up for a discreet advisory practice. ITgale developed the structure, copy and all five language versions so the website could introduce the firm and its services without disrupting its closed “by introduction only” model.

What ITgale did
A website from scratch: information architecture and structure, UX, copy, content preparation for EN, SK, DE, RU and ZH, technical implementation on Next.js, deployment on Vercel; the VERATA logo and visual identity already existed
The client’s site

VERATA in five languages

The website is structured as a calm, content-led presentation of the advisory practice. Visitors move from the firm’s positioning and approach through six advisory disciplines to contact. The same structure works in English, Slovak, German, Russian and Chinese.

Starting point

The website as a calm first encounter with the brand

VERATA did not need a conventional sales website. Its work is built on trust, discretion and personal introduction. We therefore designed the website as a calm first encounter with the brand — a place where someone can understand who they are dealing with, what the practice does and how it operates before a conversation begins. The VERATA logo and visual identity already existed; our role was to translate them into a digital environment and build the information architecture, UX and content around them.

01 / 03 Languages

One brand, five language versions

VERATA communicates with an international audience and lists coverage in Bratislava, Vienna, Geneva, Frankfurt, Dubai and London.

We therefore prepared content and localization in five languages — EN, SK, DE, RU and ZH. This was not just a language switcher. ITgale created the structure and copy itself, then prepared them for all five language versions. Technically, the website is built with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and an i18n layer.

Business outcome

One consistent website can introduce VERATA to different language audiences without splitting the brand into separate presentations.

The language switcher sits in the header next to the navigation on desktop and by the logo on a phone; the same structure follows in every language.
02 / 03 Contact

Not “buy a service”. Request introduction.

VERATA communicates “A private practice” and “By introduction only” on its own website. Instead of a conventional sales CTA, we adapted the entire contact flow to that way of working. The main Request introduction action leads to simple personal contact and naturally continues the brand language.

This was not intended as an automated lead-filtering mechanism. The purpose was for the final step of the website to feel as closed and personal as the practice itself.

Business outcome

The digital contact point does not turn the character of the service into a mass lead-generation process.

  1. Opening “A private practice” → “By introduction only”
  2. Context About us and six practice areas
  3. Form Your name, Your email, a few lines on the introduction
  4. Sending Request introduction → personal contact
Three fields and one button; beside them the Bratislava office, hours and coverage from Bratislava to London.
03 / 03 Context

Trust comes from context

The website does not jump from the opening screen straight to a form. The About us page presents VERATA as a discreet advisory practice based in Bratislava, and the Practice areas section of the home page shows six practice areas before contact — Financial & Corporate Advisory, Legal Support, Market Entry, Technology Sector, Government Projects and Art Advisory.

We designed this structure deliberately: visitors should first understand the breadth of the practice, how it operates and the context of the brand. Only then does the invitation to make an introduction appear.

Business outcome

The website gives a visitor enough context to form an initial understanding of VERATA before personal communication.

Under the headline a row of facts: founded 2014, Bratislava headquarters, team, jurisdictions and the “By introduction” channel.

Result

A working multilingual website that introduces the practice before the conversation

  1. The new VERATA corporate website was created from scratch — including structure, UX, copy, five language versions and technical implementation.

  2. The factual project result is a working multilingual website that presents the firm, its six advisory disciplines and its closed contact model.

  3. The project was delivered in 7 business days for €590.

  4. We do not have measured post-launch impact, so we do not attribute growth in enquiries or conversions to the website.
