ITgale is the development studio IT Gale s.r.o. (company ID 56186339) from Bratislava, building custom websites, e-shops, mobile applications and AI automation. We have been on the global market since 2016 and have built more than 100 websites and e-shops, enterprise solutions included; on the Slovak market since early 2026, with 20 projects delivered and launched. We are a small team with a very broad range of skills, from design to backend and integrations, and we do not turn clients down for complexity. 19 case studies are in our portfolio.

ITgale is based at Plynárenská 3B, 821 09 Bratislava, and works for clients across the whole EU. Most of the collaboration happens online, by e-mail, phone or video call, and the clickable demo arrives as a link you can open whenever it suits you. We have projects for companies from Bratislava, Trnava, Košice and other cities; the site runs in Slovak, Czech and English, so clients from the Czech Republic and other countries are served the same way.

A business website from ITgale costs from €490, an e-shop from €990, a mobile application from €890 and an AI chatbot from €199. That is a custom build with no template: design, copy from your materials, an admin panel and deployment are included. You get the exact figure after the clickable demo, once the scope is clear, and it is fixed; it does not change during the project unless you extend the brief yourself. Larger e-shops with warehouse or ERP integrations are quoted individually.

A typical business website is finished in 5–7 days from approval of the clickable demo, an e-shop in 2–3 weeks. We do not write weeks of specifications: you usually have a working prototype within two days, and working in your feedback takes roughly another two days. You get the deadline together with the price after the demo, and it holds for the agreed scope; larger projects with integrations or several languages take longer, which we say up front.

The clickable demo is a working prototype of your website or e-shop that ITgale prepares free of charge before you order anything: real design, page structure and copy on your own content, opened in a browser and clicked through. All we need is your company name, what you do and for whom, plus a logo and any existing materials. If you do not like the demo, you pay nothing and there is no obligation; if you do, we agree a fixed price and scope and carry on.

We do not ask for a deposit because we show the result first: the clickable demo is free, and we issue the invoice only after the finished website or e-shop is handed over. The price is fixed and agreed in advance, so nothing appears on the invoice that you did not see in the quote. We carry the risk rather than you, and for us that is also the best reason to deliver quickly and properly. You receive the source code and all access details once the invoice is paid.

After handover the website, the source code and the data belong to you, not to ITgale. Once the invoice is paid they carry no licence fees and no dependency on us: you manage the content yourself in the admin panel, the domain is registered in your own name, and you can keep the hosting with us or move it to another provider. Another supplier can develop the code further. We do not sell templates or rented platforms that would keep you locked in.

We build websites and e-shops on Next.js, React and TypeScript with hosting in the EU, and mobile applications in React Native. The result is a fast site without dozens of plugins to keep updated and without a monthly platform rent. WordPress is a sensible choice when you want to build on ready-made themes and cheap plugins, Shoptet when a standard rented e-shop is enough. ITgale fits where you need custom design and features and want to own the code and the data.

Yes, ITgale has been working with modern AI technologies since August 2025 and delivers AI chatbots from €199 as well as automation of business processes. A chatbot answers from your own materials, such as the price list, FAQ or terms, collects contacts and hands more complex questions over to a person. Automation covers things like order-status replies, invoicing, generating product descriptions or sorting incoming enquiries. We start with the one process that costs you the most time, with a free demo before you decide.

After launch you pay ITgale only for hosting: €5 per month for a website and €10 per month for an e-shop, on servers in the EU. There is no other recurring fee: no licence, no platform rent, and the domain stays in your own name. We fix bugs after launch, and you change the content yourself in the admin panel. Further development, new features or integrations are quoted once, by scope, when you need them.
