Guests find a date and pay for it on their own, even on a Sunday evening. You learn about the booking from the admin panel and just get the place ready before they arrive.
An availability calendar with free, booked and changeover days, which you manage yourself in the admin panel from your phone
Booking with the stay priced by weekday and season, add-on services for the stay and online card payment through Stripe
Booking administration: a list by status and dates, editing guest details, cancellations and blocked dates

The free date is sold by the calendar
A guest looking for a cottage, guesthouse or apartment looks at the photos, then the price and finally the dates. If the free dates are not on the website, they write or call and meanwhile book elsewhere, where a click was enough. A portal solves it for you, but for a commission and with a guest who remembers the portal, not you.
An accommodation website should therefore show the free dates before the guest writes, and let them pay at once. We build it around the calendar: guests see free and booked days, the price is worked out from the dates and add-ons, payment goes through by card and the booking lands in your admin panel.

A portal brings a guest who does not know you, and takes a commission from the booking. Your own website is for the guest who comes back or was recommended: they find you by name, book directly and pay with no intermediary. You do not leave the portals: we link the calendars over iCal so the dates never overlap.
Guests keep asking the same things: where to park, when check-in is. Can the website handle that?
Yes. It is written on the site next to the price list and in the stay conditions, and two days before arrival the system reminds the guest by e-mail: check-in time, address, parking and what to bring. We write the message for your accommodation and the system sends it on its own.
